We are developing a residential living and office community in downtown Shawnee, Kansas. An environment within a smaller community where business owners don't have to pay astronomical rental rates, and they can also take advantage of living above their business if they choose and have 100% write-off on their expenses.

This environment brings small business owners closer to their families and cuts down on the commuting time and costs to their respective offices. We have also negotiated 10-year 90% tax abatement for all condominium owners on the improved value of their properties. This we feel will attract buyers from all areas of Kansas City. We have also established the future Homes Association "Barton Place", which we feel our property owners will buy into the conception of a subscription to our H.O.A., which we feel is not only buying the property, but buying into our land acquisition by the Association owning the ground which the property sits on.

Barton Place is a condominium development with over 25,817 square feet mixed use trend, commercial downstairs, (office condos), and high-end residential loft condos. Live above your business. Some clients already have expressed interest in owning both top and bottom floors.

The phasing part is as follows:

Phase One - Building Number One contains: 3 units, one residential loft 2,578 square feet with attached garage. Below are 2 commercial spaces 1,114 square feet and 1,126 square feet. Once we have a contract in place on one or more units, we will start construction on phase two.

Phase Two - Includes Buildings Number Two, Three, and Four, which are 3 commercial units from 1,096 square feet to 2,048 square feet. The top floor lofts range from 1,988 square feet to 2,174 square feet, and will contain 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bath units and the larger of the two will contain 3 bedrooms 2-1/2 bath units.

Phase Three - Is Building Number Five, which is a mirror floor plan of Building Number One. When we are 75% sold out in Phase Two, we will start construction on Building Number Five (Phase Three).
