Our General Contractor David Skeels of David Skeels Construction has been in the commercial and residential building field for over 20 years. David has a keen eye for building along with Joseph's design talents which together makes a tremendous high end finished product for our customers.

David is a Shawnee resident and resides less than 4 blocks from our new project. His punctuality and workmanship makes him a great asset to our team. Not only a good businessman is David ,"A REAL FAMILY MAN ROLE MODEL TOO". David is currently a single father raising 4 boys on his own. David is not only an asset to Lino's Barton Place and Lino's Holdings, LLC, as a General Contractor, but a friendship between Joseph and David has developed that in any one given week they can be seen together dinning out with the kids or sipping a red bull at a local Shawnee Establishment. WHAT A GREAT TEAM TOGETHER THEY ARE!

The property in this picture had an existing house that was donated by Lino's Barton Place to the City of Shawnee Fire Department for testing and training before it was torn down.
